Congratulations to the group of graduate and undergraduate students of the Food Chemistry Laboratory of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens for their success in the ECOTROPHELIA 2023 National Organic - Innovative Food Products Competition! Their product, "Peelaste", managed to win the 1st prize, and will represent Greece in the European Competition at the Anuga International Food & Beverage Fair in Cologne (Germany) on October 8-9.

Also, congratulations to the team that won the 3rd prize with the product "AiryBerry", from the Laboratory of Food and Inorganic Chemistry of the Department of Chemistry of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

ECOTROPHELIA is a great initiative that promotes innovation and the creation of eco-friendly food products, and the students' success in the competition is recognition of their outstanding effort and achievements.
