We are pleased to announce the participation of our laboratory in the Erasmus+ short-term blended mobility program 'Food Innovation and the Consumer', in collaboration with the following universities: Universidade Aberta (UAb, Portugal), Faculdade de Ciências, Universidade do Porto (FCUP, Portugal), and Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV, Spain).
Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs) combine online courses with short-term physical mobility (ranging from 5 to 30 days).
For the 2024–2025 academic year, the University of Alberta is the program coordinator, while Associate Professor Valdramidis Vasilis is the coordinator from our laboratory
