PARTICIPATION OF OUR LAB IN THE ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME "FOOD INNOVATION AND CONSUMER"

HYDRODYNAMIC CAVITATOR IN OUR LAB!

WHARPS TECHNOLOGIES provided training on 24.1 for their Hydrodynamic cavitator system at the staff of the laboratory of Food Chemistry.

This innovative technology will be used for the activities of EXCEL4MED on extraction of bioactive compounds and also to explore other applications on food technology.

1ST PLACE AT ECOTROPHELIA EUROPE COMPETITION 2024
